First the development, then the prototype - everything from a single source! We are currently assembling and commissioning the prototype of a kinematic front flap system for a rail vehicle, which surpasses all previous prototypes from our house in size.

Since February we have had the opportunity in-house to design kinematic systems in a targeted manner using multi-body simulations.

Our innovative solutions can now be found not only in many of our customers' products, but recently also in their production. On behalf of our customers, we developed a new generation of auxiliary production equipment, set up the first prototypes, and successfully put them into operation.

We have added a hydraulic radial riveting system with comprehensive process monitoring to our in-house workshop. This enables us to assemble hinges close to series production with complete process monitoring of the riveting process.
